David Budlin: Disability Advocate & Representative
Mr. Budlin is with the Disability Experts of Florida has 25 years of experience with the
Social Security Administration having worked as a claims representative, technical
assistance, and operations supervisor. Prior to his work as a disability advocate and
Disability Adjudication and Review.
Scott Flexer:
Mr. Flexer has over 26 years of experience representing claimants before the Social
Security Administration. Mr. Flexer trained with Wardell K. White founder of Ward
White & Associates. Mr. Flexer is has offered his expertise as a Social Security
Advocate to the Gulf Coast MS Society, National Arthritis Foundation/ Fibromyalgia and
Crohn's and Colitis support groups. He has been awarded the Catch the Spirit Award and
has been honored as a volunteer of the month by the Gulf Coast MS Society.
Raquel Asuncion:
Ms. Asuncion is a former Disability Examiner for the State of Florida having reviewed
and adjudicated thousand of disability claims with the Disability Determination Service.
Ms. Asuncion has been trained by the Florida DDS to identify and classify disabling
impairments using an analysis of clinical and diagnostic testing methods.
